Order handling
All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Sunday to Thursday), orders received in the system until 12 noon will be processed on the same business day, any order received in the system after 12 noon will be processed on the following business day. Orders received on Friday or Saturday will be processed the following Sunday.
Deliveries
* Delivery cost with a courier to the home / place of work: 40 NIS, cities outside the delivery policy may have price additions.
* Free shipping for orders over NIS 899.
* Delivery times - between 3-7 business days (the first business day is counted one day after placing the order) deliveries are made to all Israeli settlements.
* Deliveries are made between the hours of 9:00 and 19:00 , therefore it is recommended to choose a delivery to the address where you will be staying during these hours, for example the address of the workplace.

Self Pick-Up
* You can pick up your order independently for free at Emanuel Zamir 2, Petah Tikva.

Order cancellations

In the event of cancellation of the purchase transaction for any reason after the product has been sent to the user, provided that the packaging has not been opened , he will be entitled to cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the item by returning the product to the flagship store, and in the aforementioned case, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount, and in addition, 5% will be deducted from any return The buying system. Sometimes, orders or parts of orders are canceled by our system for various reasons:

Returns Policy:
- Upper parts (bodysuit) of swimwear cannot be returned. -
Upper parts of swimwear (the bodysuit) can be changed for size only, provided that the item is in good condition and has not been used in any way - it is not possible to receive a monetary credit for them - but an identical item after the change of size and/or credit for use on the website in the amount paid by the website user at the time The purchase minus shipping fees paid by the user.
In relation to items that are not upper or lower parts of the swimwear, the user will be entitled to cancel the purchase transaction within 14 days of receiving the item and provided that the product is in good condition and has not been used.
It is clarified that in the case of canceling a transaction with respect to an item that can be canceled, other than due to a defect and/or discrepancy and/or in the case of changing the size, the user will not be entitled to a refund for the shipping fees paid by him, and in addition to any refund, 5% of the purchase value will be deducted.
Cancellation of a transaction (in relation to items that can be canceled) and/or changing the size of dresses or skirts of the swimwear and/or returning them against a credit for use in the flagship store, will be carried out by sending the item to the address of the studio - Emanuel Zamir 2 , Petah Tikva , within 14 days from the day of receiving the product by the user and provided that the item is in good condition and has not been used in any way.
As mentioned, the credit or credit for use (as the case may be) will be given on the condition that the supplied product is returned without use and/or defect and/or damage - and with the labels on it as received. The returnable product can be returned in accordance with these regulations and according to the law - as long as it has not been used in one way or another, in its original packaging - within 14 days of receiving it. The website operator will have the sole and absolute discretion regarding the condition of the returned goods. Items and products that arrive after any use and/or signs of such use, such as with the smell of perfume and/or body lotion and/or other preparation, signs of makeup and/or any defect/dirt and/or other, will not be returned and will not be awarded the user of the purchase amount - everything is subject to the sole and absolute discretion of the website operator.
It is clarified and emphasized that items purchased as part of promotions and/or end of season can be returned/exchanged within 48 hours of receiving them, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. During the sale, all the cost of the replacement deliveries will be applied to the customers
For the avoidance of doubt, the aforementioned is subject to the other provisions of these regulations regarding cancellations and returns, including the absence of the possibility to return lower parts of the swimwear according to an instruction of the Ministry of Health.
No monetary credit will be given for products for which monetary consideration has not been paid.
Voucher - "credit" for purchases on the brand's online site will be given for a period of two years from the day the product is returned.
It will be noted and emphasized: every refund/credit requires and obligates the presentation of the purchase invoice.
